1930s Ballerina Cake Stand, James Kent

£45.00

Antique 1930s pedestal cake stand by James Kent—a stylised design with a Midcentury aesthetic in pink and golden florals which is echoed in later designs by Lucienne Day.

A trio of gilded floral sprays, which are raised, adorn the plate and the edges are beautifully scalloped and then mounted on top of a tiered chrome pedestal stand.

The scalloped rim, trimmed with gold trim— lightly faded in places adding delicate charm.

Gorgeous English craftsmanship, possibly once part of a cake stand set, now perfectly suited for solo stardom on your table or cabinet.
