    We are located in Cumbria North West England.

    We use third party couriers & the cost is  typically between £25 - £120 depending on your location and size of the item.

    Small Pieces - delivery within 48hrs of despatch, delivery is Monday to Fri (Saturday in some areas) and 9am-5.30pm.

    Larger pieces require courier services - Delivery is a two man kerbside service, so additional help from you maybe required. Delivery up flights of stairs or to specific rooms can be arranged directly with courier for additional fee.

    Collection can be arranged by appointment after purchase.

    We will deliver for free within 20miles.

  • Shipping for international orders will be calculated after checkout & we will confirm the cost with you before dispatch. All customs fees & import duties are payable by the customer.

  • Collection is available we will contact you to make arrangements after purchase. We don’t have a showroom for viewing, however more photos can be provided.

    If you are within 20 miles of CA26 3TA we will drop off for free. Contact us for a free shipping code or we will refund after purchase..

Please Note - Our pieces are Vintage & are therefore sold as seen and sales are generally considered final, subject to the condition notes above. We will always point out any obvious signs of wear or faults but do expect general signs of age related wear.

We will happily provide more images and details upon request.

All items are suitable for domestic use but we cannot guarantee how long Vintage pieces will last in the future.

A full refund (excluding any delivery costs) is available for online orders returned within 14 days (please contact within 3 days of receipt and request a return via lisaknoxdesign@gmail.com) as long as the item is returned in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is returned after 14 days any refund will be subject to a restocking fee  which varies per item.
